University of the West of England  Global College offers students, who have successfully completed the Diploma in Business Administration or the Diploma in Computer Studies, the opportunity to further their education at university level leading to a Bachelor's Degree. This opportunity is due to an arrangement made between Global College on the one hand and The University of West of England on the other.
Details of the agreement between Global College and Bristol UWE.
- Students who have successfully completed the Certificate Programme in either Business Administration or Computer Studies will be able to progress to level 1 of undergraduate degree programmes in the Faculty of Computing and the Bristol Business School.
- Students who successfully complete the Diploma programme in Business Administration will be considered for entry to level 2 of undergraduate degrees in the Business School and progression will be availabe on the most suitable programme of study. The Business School will identify pathways leading from Diploma courses to Degree Courses.
For admission to Bristol UWE the students must satisfy the following criteria:
- All students wishing to progress to Bristol UWE will be required to achieve a recognized English Language qualification such as IGCSE Grade A-C, IELTS band 6.0,TOEFL 570,GCE O Level A-C or have passed the Foundation Language Programme at Global College.
- All students wishing to progress to Bristol UWE will be required to achieve any stated prerequisites for entry to their chosen undergraduate degree.
- All students must apply in the normal way through the University's and college's Admissions Service to receive an offer of a place.
