
Academic Fraudulence and breach of discipline
1. Cheating is defined as giving or receiving unauthorized assistance of any form during any academic examination, test, project, or assignment.
2. Plagiarism is the presentation of work as one's own, when it has in fact, been written by someone else.
3. Breach of discipline refers to engaging in inappropriate conduct which may disrupt teaching and learning activities or the administration of the College.

Students rights and responsibilities
Students have:
1. The right to speak and act freely provided they do so within the parameters of the College regulations.
2. The right to expect assistance from the College faculty and administrative staff on academic issues and other general matters.
3. The right to be treated with respect regardless of race, gender, age, religion and nationality.
4. The responsibility to be aware of the College rules and regulations and in particular the requirements of the programme of study they have selected and to fulfill their obligations.
5. The responsibility to complete a Faculty Evaluation Form as accurately as possible.
