| Referral Examinations Referral examinations for subjects that have been assesed with a failing grade are given to students at the descretion of the lectures, assuming there is a serious justification for them. Students should consult their tutors for permission to take a referral examination. Upon the lecturer's approval for a referral exam, the student must complete a Referral Exam Request form.

Awards of Certificates/ Diplomas and Transcripts
At the conclusion of each semester students receive an Academic Transcript on which are recorded the courses attended and the grades awarded.
Upon successful completion of a course, students are awarded a Certificate or Diploma in their specific field of study. Together with the Certificate or Diploma, the students also receive an Academic Transcript on which are recorded all the official courses attended, the corresponding grades as well as the cumulative grade point average.
Change of Students Personal Data
It is the responsibility of each student to inform the College of any changes regarding their personal information, including name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
